1. Overview
Kinetic AI helps personal trainers and online fitness coaches manage inbound Instagram leads, automate lead qualification, send booking links, and track booked calls. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how users can request access, correction, or deletion of their data.
We do not sell personal data.
2. Information We Collect
We may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, email address, login information, business or coaching details, and account settings.
- Instagram account information: Instagram account ID, username, profile information, connection status, authorization status, and related account data needed to connect your Instagram account to Kinetic AI.
- Instagram messaging data: inbound and outbound Instagram direct message content, sender identifiers, timestamps, and conversation metadata needed to provide automated lead qualification and booking workflows.
- Lead information: prospect names, Instagram identifiers, conversation responses, qualification answers, booking link activity, lead status, and related notes or summaries generated by the system.
- Calendly booking data: booking links, scheduled event details, invitee information, event timestamps, and attribution data used to determine whether a lead booked a call.
- Billing data: subscription status, payment status, plan information, Stripe customer identifiers, and invoice/payment metadata. Full payment card details are processed by Stripe and are not stored by Kinetic AI.
- Analytics and usage data: product usage, page views, feature interactions, error logs, and performance data used to improve and secure the service.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide and operate the Kinetic AI service.
- Connect trainer accounts to Instagram and Calendly.
- Receive, process, and respond to Instagram messages as authorized by the trainer.
- Qualify leads and send booking links.
- Track booked calls and lead conversion activity.
- Manage billing, subscriptions, and account access.
- Improve product performance, reliability, and user experience.
- Detect abuse, troubleshoot issues, and protect the security of the service.
- Comply with applicable legal, platform, and regulatory obligations.
4. Meta Platform Data
When a user connects an Instagram account, Kinetic AI may receive data from Meta, including Instagram account identifiers, usernames, profile data, direct message content, sender identifiers, and messaging metadata. We use this data only to provide the features authorized by the user, including lead capture, message automation, lead qualification, and booking workflows.
We do not sell Meta Platform Data. We do not use Meta Platform Data for unrelated advertising, data brokerage, or unauthorized profiling.
5. Service Providers and Processors
We use third-party service providers to operate Kinetic AI. These providers may process information on our behalf only as needed to provide their services.
- Supabase: authentication, database, and backend infrastructure.
- Vercel: application hosting, deployment, and serverless infrastructure.
- OpenAI: AI-powered message generation, lead qualification, and summarization.
- Calendly: scheduling, booking links, booking attribution, and event data.
- Stripe: payment processing, subscriptions, invoices, and billing management.
- PostHog: product analytics, usage analytics, and product improvement. PostHog is not used to sell Meta Platform Data.
6. Data Sharing
We may share information with service providers that help us operate the service, comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, protect users, or complete business transactions such as a merger or acquisition. We do not sell personal data.
7. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security. Users may request deletion of their account and related data as described in our Data Deletion page.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, passwords, connected services, and devices.
9. User Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain uses of your personal data. You may also disconnect integrations such as Instagram, Calendly, or billing services where available.

10. Children
Kinetic AI is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
