Data Deletion

1. Overview

Kinetic AI users may request deletion of their account and related personal data. This page explains how to submit a deletion request and what data may be deleted.

2. How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your Kinetic AI account data, email us at support@usekineticai.com.

Please send the request from the email address associated with your Kinetic AI account and include:

• Your Kinetic AI account email address.
• Your Instagram username connected to Kinetic AI, if applicable.
• A clear statement that you are requesting deletion of your Kinetic AI account data.

3. Data We Delete

After verifying your request, we will delete or de-identify account data associated with your Kinetic AI account, which may include:

• Trainer account profile information.
• Connected Instagram account identifiers, usernames, and authorization data.
• Instagram access tokens and integration credentials stored by Kinetic AI.
• Lead records associated with your account.
• Instagram message records and conversation metadata stored by Kinetic AI.
• Calendly connection data, booking attribution data, and related booking records.
• Dashboard records, lead events, summaries, and automation history.
• Product analytics records where reasonably identifiable and technically feasible.

4. Data We May Retain

We may retain limited information where necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce our agreements, maintain financial records, or complete legitimate business operations.

For example, billing records processed by Stripe may be retained as required for tax, accounting, compliance, or fraud-prevention purposes. We may also retain security logs or records needed to protect the service.

5. Deletion Timeline

We will make reasonable efforts to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. In some cases, additional time may be required due to legal, security, technical, or operational reasons.

6. Disconnecting Instagram

If you connected an Instagram account to Kinetic AI, you may also remove Kinetic AI’s access through your Meta or Instagram account settings where available. Disconnecting access may stop future data access but does not automatically delete historical data already stored by Kinetic AI. To delete stored data, please submit a deletion request using the instructions above.
